Departure Times and Check In
Check In closes 30 minutes prior to departure time.

Weather
Your flight is subject to favourable weather conditions; if cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

- Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, the same prepaid voucher will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line aviation bases for a flight of similar duration and price. If you are unable to re-schedule the flight then a full refund will be provided.
