The customer service was excellent; the front desk staff worked hard to arrange our ride, even though the helicopter couldn’t fly due to cloudy weather when we arrived. They made two attempts to reschedule for that day, and we finally succeeded on the third attempt the next morning when the weather cleared. The pilot was skilled and helpful, not only flying the helicopter but also taking some photos for us during the landing.
